Welcome to Adams the Place for "Ribs" Eastern Shore location Web Site. Adam's is "the Shore Pick" for Food, Fun and Catering on the Eastern Shore. We are located 1.5 miles South of Salisbury University on Rt. 13 in Fruitland. Adam's opened in 1993 at the former location of the famous (infamous?) Rosko's Grille. Peter (Rosko) Roskovich, the former owner of Rosko's, is one of the principal owners of the Adam's location in Fruitland. Rosko is a SSU graduate and former two-time All-American Lacrosse player at SSU. Adam's enjoys a strong college and lacrosse following. Happy hour Buffalo Wings have been a favorite for years.

Adams' has enjoyed some local recognition by being voted best "Ribs" in the Metropolitan Magazine's readers poll for 12 years in a row!!!
