OK, I have eaten sushi in at least a dozen states and a couple countries, including Japan, and OUR local place is the best there is. It all boils down to the excellent chef, so I highly recommend that you decline the menu and tell the chef your budget and relax as you are pampered.

I have eaten at Kanpai several times so far this year and on NYE. The new menu is fantastic! So many new & creative rolls. If you haven't tried this place I highly recommend it. I am disapointed when I eat sushi anywhere else. Please support the downtown, it was such a shame to see City Bistro go!

This is by far the best sushi in town. A++++ I have eaten at many sushi places across the bridge and in Manhattan and this place is the only one that compares. I have tried EVERY sushi place in Salisbury and this one is superior in every way. Always fresh, creative and delicious! A must try for every sushi lover. My favorites that I recommend are the crunch roll (one the app list), the Hawaiian roll and the West OC roll. When this place opened their wait staff was not so up to par on their service but the past few times I have been they have really stepped up their game and met my expectations.
